WellSpan Health keeps our patients a healthy step ahead by creating the most convenient care experience possible for our friends and neighbors.
Beginning Sunday, April 18, we are improving the MyWellSpan experience with a new design and enhanced features – making it easier for our patients to access and review the health resources and information they use the most, through the convenience of our patient portal.
With these exciting changes, our patients will:
• Automatically see featured tabs in the top navigation bar to schedule an appointment, review visit information and test results, and send and receive secure messages.
• Have the ability to personalize this navigation bar. Patients will be able to search and navigate all features of the portal, using the new unified menu, then move their preferred options to the navigation bar instead for a customized experience.
• And, have help keeping the entirety of their health care to-do list straight – all in one place. The new home page of MyWellSpan is a health feed of action items, for themselves and their proxies, to keep current with things like upcoming appointments, new messages or viewing test results.
Enhanced Convenience – Across Any Device
Additionally, we’re making it easier use the convenience of MyWellSpan across any device. The desktop and mobile user experiences will now be the same in their look, feel and function.
Current MyWellSpan users or those who haven’t yet experienced the convenience of our portal can review the changes today.
Those already registered will also receive a step-by-step walk-through in the portal on or after April 18 – at their next MyWellSpan login.
MyWellSpan Customer Service is available at (866) 638-1842 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. until noon to help answer questions about these changes.
