Discover the Nurse Residency Program at WellSpan Health

WellSpan Health offers a nurse residency program for new nursing graduates to support and guide those at the beginning of their career.

Chris Burns, RN, shares his journey to becoming involved in the Nurse Residency Program, and the benefits that he has experienced.
