This free health fair-style event, sponsored by Asbury Riverwoods, is open to the public and individuals are invited to attend the entire time or stop in for a quick visit. The day will include a variety of activities and the opportunity to speak to community organizations focused on the needs of older adults.

Free screenings will be provided:

• Blood Pressure

• Blood Glucose

• Memory & Cognitive Impairment

Special activities:

• 9:00 am: Silver Sneakers Circuit - Court 3

• 10:00 am: Silver Sneakers Circuit and Boom Muscle - Court 3

• Pickleball available during the entire event – Court 4

• Golf simulator demonstrations during entire event
