Adjusting to Motherhood Support Group (VIRTUAL) - 6 to 7 pm

Please note: This support group is for those who have already delivered their baby. 

This support group gives new moms encouragement and helpful information in an environment that allows for social interaction and sharing.  

The baby blues are common and up to 20% of new moms find themselves struggling with Postpartum Depression (PPD). If you are feeling overwhelmed, teary, anxious, irritable or depressed, it’s important for you to know that you are not alone.

Instructions

Our virtual classes are done through Microsoft Teams. The Microsoft Teams link you will need is included under “Additional Details” in your Registration Confirmation email. If you do not receive your Registration Confirmation email, please first check your junk or spam folder. The email will come from noreply@wellspan.org. If you are still unable to locate your email, please email childbirthedu@wellspan.org.

**Please ignore any emails about changes to the support group's date or time. The system automatically sends update emails to show the next meeting date. Your group will always meet on the second Monday of the month from 6 to 7 pm, unless it's a holiday.
