Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation Class teaches you how to be more comfortable in your pregnancy and ease your labor and delivery for you and your baby. Babies have to move and spin through your pelvis to be born, which is why it is called Spinning Babies®! Learning about the process, preparing your body for childbirth, and knowing what you can do to help baby in their journey will help you and your support person feel more empowered. Our goal is for you to feel more confident in your body’s abilities, connected to your baby, and ready to help them spin!
You may take this class during or after your 16th week of pregnancy.

Cancellation Policy
You will receive a full refund if you cancel more than a week prior to the start of class. There will be a $15 processing fee subtracted from your refund for a cancellation less than one week prior to the start of class. There are no refunds after the first class date.
