Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare?:

During my clinical rotations in nursing school, I spent time in the NICU and immediately knew that was where I was meant to be. I was drawn to the complexity of neonatal care and the strength of both the babies and their families. That experience shaped the course of my entire career. After spending several years being a NICU nurse, it was that same passion that led me to become a neonatal nurse practitioner — to continue growing, learning and providing the highest level of care to the tiniest and sickest patients.

What I want my patients to know about me?:

I want families to know that I bring both advanced clinical training and a deep passion for neonatal care to every patient I care for. My favorite patients to care for have always been the tiniest and most vulnerable babies — it’s where my heart is. I understand how overwhelming a NICU stay can be, and I’m here not only to care for your baby, but also to support and guide your family every step of the way.

What I do when I’m not seeing patients?:

Outside of work, I love spending time with my friends and family. I am recently married, and I love traveling the world with my husband to see different beaches. I also enjoy spending time at home, going to Eagles games (go Birds!) and always look forward to planning our next adventure.
