It was the first time I had my new Dr and was very pleased with him . Looking forward to having him as my Dr now .

Provider was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all questions I asked.

Bad weather- my regular doctor was running late no problem. Try regular doctor and office are greatThey kept me updated and abreast of their eta and the other doctor there readied by asking if he could fill in and by reading my chart in advance. That was the good. Also gave me the option to reschedule for 3 months later. That part was a problem. WellSpan in general. 3 months for a rescheduled appointment not of my making is not good. I already received a call to reschedule this appointment due to my regular doctors schedule change. That was also for 3 months out. I had to suggest checking another office location to get in sooner than that so got this one. Any solutions to work things better for me with WellSpan seem to have to be my ideas.

Dr Mavani was very personable and paid close attention to what I said. He was clear in stating what he thought about my condition and clear about next steps. I wish all of my doctors were as helpful and attentive.

Great doctor who is knowledgeable and friendly

I appreciated very much that Dr. Mavani didn't just throw more meds at my problem, as the last doctor did. He listened to my concerns and changed the meds instead of adding more. Within 3 days I see results from the change.

Dr. Mulvaney has an extraordinary nursing assistant name Connie. I was fortunate to have her both times I was in the dr.office. She listened to me and tried to help me with my concerns. I just love Connie.

Very concerned about my problems but I do not consider myself a UNIQUE person . Only have problems many people have and I feel I was treated excellent.

Dr Mavani is trustworthy.  I trust him to be honest with me, and have found him to be extremely knowledgeable and strongly advocates for his patients.  That is why I traveled for 3 hours to see him.  I know he has my best interests at heart.

Dr Mavini  took time, listened carefully to explanations. Answered my questions. Was very patient, kind, knowledgable about my symptoms.

I really appreciated the way Dr. Mavani explained things and responded to my questions. However, he asked some family history questions which are already well documented in my record (they show up on every after visit summary I receive). When he documented my answers to those questions, he added details that he didn't ask about and that were incorrect. Specifically: he documented incorrect ages that my sibling experienced certain medical events. We discussed those events, but Dr. Manavi did not ask me the sibling's age. If the sibling's age was important, he could have asked me instead of making it up. Or he could have consulted the accurate information already listed in my record.
