Sleep is a necessity in life. For many however, it is not as refreshing as it should be. If you spend your nights tossing and turning, have trouble sleeping or feel exhausted throughout the day, WellSpan Sleep Medicine is here to help. Our experts treat many different sleep-based issues to help you achieve a good night’s rest.
We will diagnose and evaluate your sleep disorder with the latest technology that analyzes both neurological and respiratory problems. After diagnosis we will work with you and create a treatment plan that fits into your schedule. This may include lifestyle changes, creating good sleep habits, using a CPAP machine, a dental appliance or medication.
If you wake up several times per night, feel groggy all day, have severe snoring issues or experience sleep paralysis and getting a healthy 7-8 hours of sleep each night has not helped relieve any of your symptoms. We suggest making an appointment with our Sleep Medicine team for a full diagnosis. Our Sleep Center locations in Gettysburg, Lebanon, Lancaster, Stevens, Chambersburg and Dover mean there is always a location near you!
