Received the care I expected and was treated as expected by all staff members.

Tracy Rutz is caring, knowledgeable, and a good listener. Great experience to finally have a primary care person who actually seems to care.

Tracy and the staff at this office are wonderful and the only issue I've ever had is when a test was sent to WellSpan labs instead of Quest Or LabCorp as requested, resulting in an unnecessary bill for me.

Found this visit to be extremely uncomfortable while provider was in the room. Demeaning and used her position to not hear what I was saying, especially after the 2 minuet "physical" exam I received.

First time meeting Tracy Rutz was a pleasant experience

Dr. Rutz conducted my initial visit to Carlisle WellSpan.  I was very pleased with her attention to detail for my initial visit and look forward to having her as my family doctor in the future.

According to the urgent care provider the medication prescribed has been show not to be effective against sinus infections.  Urgent care was also able to diagnose a cracked rib that the my provider could not have since no x-ray had been performed.

This was my first visit with Tracy Rutz.  It was a regularly scheduled check-up.  I didn't have any physical complaints, really.  It was a good first appointment with a new primary care professional.

My original appointment had to be rescheduled by about 4 weeks but it actually worked out and gave additional health concerns to talk about.

I have no complaints, and in-fact  have referred Tracy to a girl in our office who had koochie problems!

My "provider" has been excellent in every way.  This survey has wasted several minutes of my life that I can not get back.  Unfortunately, this is the world in which we live.  If you want to know how I feel about your services, let's talk. I'll even buy the first round.

This was my first time at this office as a new patient. From the time I checked into the office until I left, I was treated with respect and everyone I came into contact with made me feel welcome. The nurse who took me into the room was amazing and spent a lot of time with me going over my concerns. The Dr I saw was also fantastic, she listened to my concerns, and she also spent a lot of time with me. I felt like I was wanted, not like a number as I have at past doctors' offices. Even the young lady at the check out desk was helpful and very nice. This is a great family practice.

I would recommend her to anyone  she is GREAT

Dr. Rutz is a very good listener and always asks me how I'm doing, she always listens when I have an issue and always tries to find an appropriate solution.

I found Tracey to be very knowledgeable and very thorough.  She listens to all of my concerns and explains things in terms I understand.  If she changes anything with medications she tells me her reason for doing so.  I have recommended her to my friends  who are looking for a primary care provider.

I'm not sure she always has updates from other providers in my records.  Not sure she listens to my concerns.  I am NOT in the "one size fits all" category!!

Very good , I like her , cool Even when she gets on my shit about smoking.  If she had a boss like I do - she'd be smoking too !

This was my first time establishing care with Tracy and she was very organized, thorough, and sweet! I look forward to seeing her again in the future.
