Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare?:
Health care was a perfect fit for me because I usually put others before myself, so caring for other people comes easily to me. I genuinely like helping people get better and being a positive light in people's lives when and where I can if possible.
What I want my patients to know about me?:
I am a wife, a mom of four and a caring pediatric nurse practitioner. I have been working in a pediatric primary care office for the past seven years, and I love helping partner with parents to help take care of their little ones. I feel privileged to be a part of their lives and watch them grow.
What I do when I’m not seeing patients?:
Spending time with my husband and four kids. My husband and I enjoy working out together at the gym when we can. My kids love exploring all the different playgrounds in about a 20-mile radius around our house! We are a busy family on the go a lot, but usually make it to church on Sunday.
