Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare?:

I chose healthcare because I’m passionate about helping children and families navigate challenges with support, clarity and hope. Child and adolescent psychiatry allows me to combine science, human connection and practical problem-solving while helping young people build resilience, confidence and emotional well-being throughout their development.

What I want my patients to know about me?:

I strive to create a supportive, collaborative environment where children, adolescents and families feel heard, understood and respected. My approach focuses not only on reducing symptoms, but also on helping young people build resilience, confidence, healthy coping skills and long-term emotional wellness.

What I do when I’m not seeing patients?:

When I’m not working, I enjoy being outdoors with my family, exercising, hiking, camping and finding ways to stay active and balanced. I’m also passionate about education and enjoy creating practical mental health resources for parents and families.
