Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:
I chose a career in medicine because I enjoy helping those in need. Growing up, my mom was my role model as a kid, and she has been a nurse for over 40 years, so this is where my interest in medicine began. I am glad to be in a profession that allows me to participate in the health of individuals.
What I want my patients to know about me:
I was born and raised in Pennsylvania, and all of my professional background was spent serving over 11 years on Active Duty in the US Army. I was able to perform medicine all over the world; this experience is invaluable and allows me to bring a unique perspective to my patients.
What I do when I'm not seeing patients:
When I am not at work, I love to spend time with my family and kids, watch and cheer on Philadelphia sports, and travel to new places.
