Doctor Flack, he cares about all of your issues, great doctor ,explains everything. He has been dealing with my Blood Pressure and worked with me and now it's great. Need more Doctors like him.

Dr Flack has been our Dr for about 35 year. Would have NO other DR.

I was seen in a timely manner to evaluate an immediate medical concern when I had difficulty accessing the specialist for the problem.i was offered long term assistance from my family Medici e provider when I had repetitive changing of my scheduled appointment from the specialists offices. Some appointments  with the specialists were being rescheduled a year out.

I went because I had a follow-up for my blood pressure meds. But I had a significant weigh gain since the weight loss dr (also a wellspan dr) just dropped me off of my metformin and my Mounjaro without any guidance other than "we have to see you in person". I was scheduled back in October for April, but requested the soonest possible appointment- if a cancellation should open up. I have not been contacted back. I gained 20 lbs. There was NO guidance other than to keep doing what I am doing because it works. When I talked to Dr. Flack about it he said that because my insurance wouldn't cover the Mounjaro and because of that he wouldn't prescribe it. If I am willing to absorb the cost of the medication that SHOULD NOT have been an issue.
