Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

Seeing an overwhelming need for mental health in those struggling around me, I had realized being a good listener and wanting to help was only the beginning for me. I decided to pursue a counseling career to acquire knowledge and skills to enable me in empowering clients and helping them build their resilience and strengths.

What I want my patients to know about me:

I enjoy working with clients from all walks in life, including children, adolescents and adults. I use variety of therapeutic approaches depending on clients' needs while providing a welcoming and safe therapeutic alliance.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

When not seeing clients, I like to spend quality time with my family going to restaurants and exploring the outdoors. While I like to indulge and try different types of foods, I am also passionate about fitness and nutrition, striving to focus on a mindful and balanced life.
