Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare?:

I am drawn to the field of therapy and social work because I believe deeply in the power of human connection and the impact that compassionate support can have on a person’s life. I am inspired by the opportunity to help individuals feel seen, heard and empowered as they navigate challenges and work toward their goals. Being able to walk alongside people through moments of vulnerability while fostering hope, resilience and growth is both meaningful and motivating to me.

What I want my patients to know about me?:

I strive to create a safe, supportive and genuinely therapeutic environment where individuals feel respected, understood and empowered. My goal is to offer a space that fosters emotional growth, self‑reflection and healing, while encouraging clients to explore their experiences without fear of judgment.

What I do when I’m not seeing patients?:

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and staying active in ways that help me feel grounded and balanced. I love getting lost in a good book, exploring local walking trails and going on bike rides that let me unwind and connect with nature. I also enjoy discovering new restaurants in the area and supporting local businesses by trying different cuisines.
