Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare?:

I chose healthcare because I’ve always been drawn to solving problems while helping people through some of the most difficult moments in their lives. Medicine gives me the opportunity to combine science, critical thinking and human connection every day. As a physiatrist, I especially enjoy helping patients regain function, reduce pain and get back to the activities that matter most to them. Seeing someone become more independent or return to doing what they love is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.

What I want my patients to know about me?:

I want my patients to know that they will always be heard and treated as individuals, not just a diagnosis. I believe the best care starts with listening, taking the time to understand each person’s goals and working together to create a treatment plan that fits their life. My goal is for every patient to leave feeling informed, respected and confident that we’re working as a team toward improving their quality of life.

What I do when I’m not seeing patients?:

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling the world, painting, getting lost in a good book and discovering new movies and TV shows. I also love going out dancing and cuddling with my husky, Jane. Whether I’m exploring somewhere new or simply enjoying a quiet evening at home, I value making time for the people and activities that help me recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
