My provider was very patient, listened to all my concerns and was very well informed about me and my condition.  She took all the time I needed and was very caring.

Provider was not aware of my insurance and thus provided a bowel prep that I did not want. She did apologize but made no effort to try to help with options.

I wish I would have had the detailed written instructions while I was being cared for by the provider, so that I could have asked my questions better then.  Now that I'm home and have read the details, I have more questions.  I may be making a phone call.

I felt she (Sara Hurley) seemed to be in a hurry during my visit.   My arrival was on time- not at all late.

1st my PCP called in Nov. 2023 for an urgent appointment, 1st appointment Feb. 28, 2023!!!  I have been a pt. here for over 30 yrs.!  Should not have had to WAIT!  I want to use digestive services in Carlisle seen same week my PCP called!

She did an excellent job of communicating everything I needed to know.  She was very kind and took her time listening to my concerns and questions.

Bad experience took off work just for her to tell me to take the meds my family dr prescribed me. So she did nothing to evaluate my health issue
