WellSpan Family Medicine - Mercersburg

We just love our PCP, she listens to all mom's needs and concerns.

I waited for 40 minutes,  and my provider NEVER showed up, so I left.

Very, very good. I've been so pleased wit her & how she asks questions & has really good suggestions.

She's great, very thorough and explains things very well.....

Sara is an amazing provider and listens, reviews health history and issues. Always feel comfortable with her and team.

Not the best experience.  I guess I'm from the old school. I don't appreciate the over emphasis on wellness. If I have a problem or pain I will tell the provider.  I realize prevention is better than fixing after the fact but I don't need questions like does anything hurt any where? Seems they are trying to find something wrong so they can give more meds. I did not feel respected for the choices that I have made. Seems to get on a roll on own "hobby horses" and doesn't address others or find help for you. When I needed help to find a specialist/surgeon 6 Mos ago I was on my own to find help.  Just some things I've experienced.

Sara is very sweet and kind.  I've only seen her once before for an ear infection when I needed a quick appointment.  I didn't realize the expediency of the condition I was just going to talk to her about.  She ordered a CT scan for me STAT and had an appointment set in place for me that very afternoon.  She called me with results and a plan of action an hour after my scan.  She was quick and on top of it, not wanting me to go any longer with the discomfort I was having.  Also, during the visit, Sara explained to me what her plan was on how to test for the symptoms I was having to nail down the cause.  She was incredibly thorough.  She told me what she would start with and if it can back negative, she would move to this test; if it came back positive, she would move on to this, etc,... I felt so informed and I was so grateful for that!

Sara is great - she talks with you as a person & listens to her patients.

Always see Sara for my healthcare! She is the best!

This was my first visit meeting Sara Leis, she also had a student along with her and both were very friendly and addressed my concerns.

My local provider Sara and her team at Mercersburg are excellent.  She, however, referred me for an aortic scan and said someone from Wellspan would call to schedule and they did....but that's when it fell apart.  I told the person, before scheduling the scan, I first needed to know how much it was going to cost AND whether my insurance was going to pick up most if not all of the cost.  I was placed on hold for 20 minutes and then was disconnected.

She is excellent. She always listens to my concerns about my daughter and addresses each concern.
