Dr Nallapati and his staff are great fulfilling my health needs. Prescription refills are taken care of within 1-2 hour and any medical questions sent via my patient portal within the day sent.

Dr. Nalapatti put in a referral to neurosurgery for me.  I was called later that day and had an appointment with an NP the next business day, who scheduled me with the surgeon at the next availability on his calendar.  I was called later that day to inform me that he could work me in the very next day.

Was running late and when I asked apperently your computer system went down and said that I did not even have an appointment after I already checked in. My appointment was at 4pm and I did not get taken back until 430 after I questioned the staff.
