I was dismissed somewhat quickly.  Didn't seem interested in helping me.

Didnt listen to concerns about problematic birth and wanting to get pregnant again. Asked specifics and couldn't get straight answers. Left more worried than before the visit with the doctor. Didn't seem worried that I had concerns. I won't be returning. I'll take a drive to lancaster county.

The doctor spent a total of 5 minutes with me, and this included the very quick pelvic exam. She was gentle during the exam. She was nice and knowledgeable. I just felt she didn't listen to me. I told her I was having pain and she didn't even palpate the area.

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with this provider. I didn't not feel respected during the visit and felt as though my concerns and needs were not taken seriously nor addressed appropriately.

She was a new doctor for me.  My my old doctor retired.  I liked my new doctor.

It was truly a pleasure to see Dr. Patel. She was very kind and knowledgeable. We did a procedure and she talked me through every step. I felt comfortable the entire time and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of obstetrics or gynecological care. The staff was also very kind.

Provider initially convinced me to get an IUD when I came in nearly a year prior complaining about peri-menopause symptoms. She said that insertion would be easy--it was not only difficult, but she had to use two applicators. It was incredibly painful. I then proceeded to give the IUD a chance, but it had side effects. In coming back to discuss, she seemed hostile and told me we can take it out. She proceeded to remove it. When discussing going back onto the pill, she gave me a new prescription to another Bayer product rather than the pill I had been on. She also told me if this doesn't work, I can go to someone from the menopause team. She was very dismissive and seemed not to recall any of our previous interactions.

She was very kind and understanding. She made me feel very comfortable

Bad experience. Felt my concerns were dismissed and provider has poor bedside manner. Each visit I've had with particular provider has taken less than 5 minutes always feels very rushed.

Very good - it was my first visit with her.

Dr. Patel was very knowledgeable and professional.

Dr. Patel took the time to listen to me and my story.  Which I very much appreciated.  The empathy and care from all the staff on my visit was wonderful.
