Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:
Life is a journey and the path is often a winding one that leads through peaks and valleys. The ability to walk alongside others on their journey and provide hope through some of life's harder moments is what led me to pursue a career in behavioral health care.
What I want my patients to know about me:
As a Clinical Psychologist, I strive to listen compassionately, while also providing evidenced based treatments and tools that can help clients deal with a variety of problems. I can help clients deal more effectively with problems related to chronic pain, depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress so that they can engage more with what really matters to them in life.
What I do when I'm not seeing patients:
Most of my time away from work is spent with my family. I enjoy spending time chasing my daughters around one of the many playgrounds in the area and drinking a good cup of coffee with my wife. We also have a very energetic dog that will play fetch for hours on end. Finally, I am an avid sports fan and enjoy watching and playing most sports.
