Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:
I like the science associated with medicine. I enjoy putting together the "puzzle" that is the care plan that will aid in the patient's journey to wellness from an acute illness or aid them in the management of a chronic medical issue/s. I chose medicine as I saw it as the best avenue to help those in need.
