Can't say enough great things about Ms. Hippenstiel. I wish she could be my primary provider. I generally have extreme anxiety and high blood pressure at appointments. This appointment Ms. Hippenstiel spoke to me calmly and was very thorough. My blood pressure was nearly normal for the appointment which is unheard of. She has a great demeanor I felt confident with the information she was giving and was pleasantly surprised how great I felt after the appointment. She listened to me and I didn't feel rushed she laughed with me like a normal human and reassured me that we would do more tests to rule out any other negative things. I would recommend anyone to her. Best Wellspan experience I've ever had. And bonus for her being extremely approachable and not having a white coat on.

Morgan was amazing! She listened and is helping me figure out why I don't feel well. It's so rare to find someone who actually listens!

If you have any mental health diagnoses, don't bother coming to her for help with a gi problem. It's all in your head.

I like the PA that saw me, but I am scheduled out for an endoscopy and colonoscopy 6 weeks out.  I waited over 3 mos just to talk to the dr.

This was my first visit since I just moved  from SC to PA. I was met in the ofc by his Nurse Practioner. She set me up to have the doctor to have a colonoscopy.  She was very good but I will not meet the doctor until he does the procedure. Wouldn't the doctor want to meet a new patient???

Visit should've been cancelled by Gastro group.  She agreed when I said this visit was a waste of my time since no follow up required from my MRI of abdomen/liver. She had no more information than the same radiology report uploaded to MyWellspan.Provider was pleasant and did manually palpate my abdomen at least.

She was very respectful and kind and answered all my questions to my understanding!!!

I really enjoyed the degree of care I received from Morgan Hippensteel.  She was professional and caring.  This is an example where PA's are integral to the healthcare system.  They can help routine patients receive the care they need.

Nurse taking my blood pressure and updating my info didn't wash hands. The doctor didn't wash her hands either. My appointment was at 7:45am, they took me back on time, but the doctor didn't see me until 8:15am. This is not a big deal but if I'm late for an appointment I get charged for the appointment. If your time is valuable mine should be considered the same as well. At the very least, acknowledge your running behind and say I'm sorry.......problem solved.

Discussion was quick and matter of fact with no questions.

Listen to my concerns I wasn't happy to read she said I was over weight because I did weigh 130 lbs and wasn't healthy looking with my bones sticking out,made me fill I need to stop eating to loose weight again.
