Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare?:

I decided to go in health care after meeting my husband, who is an operating room nurse and opened my eyes to the nursing world. After working in the operating room for a few years, I wanted to pursue my CRNP degree to be able to care for people in the orthopedic and pain management arena. I enjoy caring for and helping people!

What I want my patients to know about me?:

I will take the time to listen to the concerns of my patients and work together with the patient to develop a plan of care that works best for them.

What I do when I’m not seeing patients?:

I enjoy traveling with my family to explore the national parks, snowboard and go camping. In the wintertime, you can find me on a mountain snowboarding or playing women's ice hockey on a local team. In the summer, I enjoy training for triathlons and camping.
