Melanie Hobbs is a very nice and gracious doctor.

Melanie Hobbs is a wonderful health care provider.  She is always respectful, thorough, and a good listener.  She never makes me feel rushed.Destiny is wonderful nurse too.

She didn't know how my birth control worked, as she said most of the patients  she sees are older. She also informed me they don't do Pap smears at this location for that reason too, but regardless of age, I thought it was important to continue cancer screening. I could be wrong, but it was still weird and unexpected.

Despite it being in MyChart and my being treated for a condition for many years, my Provider stated she was not familiar with it. The proceeding conversation ignored the contribution of this condition to my current health status. It was frustrating.

Had to pay out of pocket. Canceled insurance without notice  and was asked to sign a paper that implied I refused the other options, none of which were acceptable to me. I felt that I had to keep the appointment because I had a situation that should be seen immediately

I've been seeing Melanie Hobbs ever since I moved to this area, 7 years ago.  She has always been very knowledgeable and caring.  I trust her completely and hope that she will continue to be my Primary Care Physician for many years to come.

She is wonderful. I have felt heard and listened to by her and I feel comfortable with her. She is kind and knowledgeable and helpful. Other providers in the past have ignored my symptoms, told me it was all iny head, never followed up, etc. But Melanie listened, ordered labs/tests, and referred me to the appropriate specialists to work toward a diagnosis. I am so relieved to have found someone who cares.

Melanie Hobbs begins asking about how you are doing and if you have any health concerns as soon as she enters the exam room. She checks your blood work results and health records on the computer. Her caring manner continues as she examines you and discusses your medications and future appointments. Melanie is a very competent and kind medical provider.

I drive 45 minutes to see this provider because I trust her.

The issue I Have with this practice is the constant changeover in staff. It has been very difficult to keep a scheduled routine appointment intact.When arriving at an appointment office staff is attentive. But there can be very long wait times to get through on phone.  I also have overheard staffs' private conversations in the background while being assisted on the phone

Melanie is very easy to talk to and she listened to my health concerns and prescribed medication to try and help me with them.
