Ms. Hitchcock is extremely personable and very down to earth.  I feel very comfortable having her as my GYN provider.

I was told she is a temporary provider until a permanent one can be found for this location.

I only see Mary once a year, but I always look forward to seeing her. She's very kind and treats me very respectfully.

Wait time was short and staff very professional

I like my provider, although sometimes it feels that she is rushed for time, and she's in and out of the office quickly.

Mary Hitchcock is an excellent gyn physician.  I will stay with her for as long as she works.

Annual check ups with Laurie are more like visiting a dear friend. She has a way about her I can't quite describe but you feel immediately calm when she walks in the room.

I follow Mary Hitchcock wherever she goes. I am very comfortable with her and she always takes the time to discuss concerns with me. Very lucky to have such a trustworthy provider.

She is phenomenal!! Lovely and funny, she is fantastic. I recommended her to all of my friends.

For many years, Nurse Practitioner Hitchcock consistently makes me feel comfortable during my WellCare visit; always respectful, kind, attentive, and thorough.

She didn't explain anything she was doing. I was there for a PAP smear and she didn't even warn me, just jammed the speculum in and was very rough. No compassion honestly. I also asked for paperwork to be filled out and she was very vocal about how disgruntled she was to do it for me.

Dr. Hitchcock was very knowledgeable and no-nonsense.  However, bedside manner could've been better.  And the actual exam was much more painful than normal.  I was sore, bleeding, and nauseous for days after the exam which is highly unusual and has never happened at this office -- or any office -- before.  I felt that something went wrong during the exam, but obviously I couldn't see what happened.  Despite her knowledge of medicine and women's issues, I will not return to this provider.

Ms. Hitchcock, makes you feel very comfortable and she is easy to talk with.

Very pleased that provider is in my age range and nursing years of experience. Felt very comfortable with the care provided. Answered all my questions well. Provided options for future care.

She was listening to all my needs and took care of everything I needed to have done. Answered all questions I had.

Overall Dr Hitchcock seemed knowledgeable and friendly. However she recommended that I have a follow up blood test to see if my hcg levels had gone down even though I explained that I had experienced a "normal" miscarriage and also had a normal cycle and was experiencing zero complications or issues. I asked why that would be recommended and she basically just said that that's what's recommended. I said I'd prefer not to in that case, and she asked why. I said because I trust my body and would definitely call if I had an issues or changed my mind. She actually rolled her eyes at me. Overall your office doesn't feel personal, or as though you trust your patients or take the time to actually get to know them.

This was my first time with this provider. Medically, she did what she needed to do but the exam seemed rushed. She took very little time to discuss my history.

Sensitive, caring and concerned for my medical care and emotional/mental comfort.

Mary Hitchcock was amazing, friendly, and very helpful. I hope I have her again!

Words were not accurate as noted in my chart. Described that I don't want to do something as that was not what I said. I said I have concerns of doing IVF. I was disappointed in the care of my first shady grove provider and wellspan fertility.
