My provider was a hearing specialist (ENT) This was my one year check up. All was fine.

Excellent experience.  Explained how the hearing test would be conducted.  Explained in detail choices of hearing aids available and differences in different brands.

I scheduled this appointment due to loss of a hearing aid. Krista discussed new line of aids as compared to what I was currently using and informed me of my different options. She then fitted me with a set of loaner aids as trial for new line and set up an appointment to get permanent replacement.

Krista is always helpful and considerate.  She knows what [name] needs are and anticipates this.

Totally understands my Tinnitus and hearing issues.

I see different doctors at times but all of them are caring and great.

Krista was super knowledgeable and thorough In her explanations of her testing, options, and fittings for my wife and me.  She Is very courteous and easy to talk with and ask questions to ensure that we know how to proceed.

This appointment was with my audiologist.  The questions asked as if it was my health care but it was about my hearing aids.

I was informed in June of 2023 that I had significant hearing loss/tinnitus and would need hearing aids. Krista was an essential part of helping me obtain them (through OVR) and ensuring they worked and fit correctly. She assisted me with a trial pair of hearing aids and when I was ready to order help me choose the best one  for my situation. Krista listened to my concerns and addressed what she could in every way.

I really like *Krista (I don't know her by the name you gave me - I knew her from before the jointure of WellSpan & ENT).  She knows her material; is very kind & down-to-earth, & does not rush (yay!)
