Mrs. Novak was great & listened to us and we talked about follow up - very impressed.

Never saw Maria before. She was very friendly, explained things, listened to concerns.

Maria is wonderful, she is kind ,considerate and when I have my appointment not only do we discuss ENT, she also talks about my other visits to my care team. I really appreciate her and she does care about her patients.

She was very knowledgeable and thorough. Made sure I understood what the plan was moving forward.

Provider was fine once I finally got to see her.  Their office only wants to see WELL people - almost impossible to see when you have a problem.

She was assertive. I have had residual and lingering pain from the procedure.

Got the impression that I was an inconvenience

This was the second time I had Maria Novak as the P.A. To remove wax from my ears and I'm well satisfied with her services.

Was treated 1/2 hour after appointment. Not notified running late.

I was actually in the office for my other daughter and I had asked her opinion on my other daughter. She went above and beyond and actually took the time to assess her and give me her recommendations. It was above and beyond anything she had to do but I truly appreciated it.

Maria was very good at thinking outside the box. My problem was unusual and she was very helpful.

This is a great office. Well organized, friendly staff and efficient.

It took 3 months to get in as a new patient.  Tests show that my adenoids need removed.  My family doctor kept saying it is allergies for a year and a half.  I had a major sinus infection the beginning of Jan. 2024, could not get in to the ENT until Jan. 30, 2024.

Seriously willing bad Didn't even treat what I was in there in the first place that's was sinuess which waisted my time and when I ask her for antibiotics for my sinus infectionShe say I don't have toEven up to today I can't clear my infectionSecond off all besides waiting for more than half an hour past my appointment timeThey put in a corner storage room with a broken chair and more waiting for her to show up Never going back to see her again

It took 45 minutes for this provider to come in to see me. For a 15 minute visit. She seemed very rushy. Did not really take enough time to explain what she was doing to me. Was not very happy when leaving there.

It was my first time seeing this provider and she did a thorough examination and I liked that she told me other information the last provider did not provide to me. I liked her a lot better than the last Dr I saw and I hope that she will continue to be my Dr. I'm glad there is a female Dr now, that is my preference.

This was my first visit with Dr. Marie and I was very satisfied.

Maria and her assistant are the most kindest and thoughtful Doctors that I have come across in a while. She really does care about the patients she has, I trust her judgement and she does listen to my concerns and also how my care is with the Doctors I have.

I prefer to see Maria for future appointments.

Provider very helpful but am concerned as to when or if a doctor will be available to me.  Previously was treated by Dr Good who is no longer with ENT.

*Maria spent 25 minutes with me reviewing CT's, scoping my sinus cavities and discussing treatment.  It was a very helpful visit.

This was my regular 6-month visit for ear wax removal as normally the work was done by [provider name].  However, it being the first contact with *Ms. Kuzio, I was pleased with her work, knowledge and compassion.
