Dr. Vedder was knowledgeable, concerned, efficient, clean and safe. Very time conscious. Informed me of her findings. Treated as necessary.

I saw Dr. Vedder w/a clogged shut ear and ear pain. i mentioned my chronic ear infections. She had nurse flush ears then never came back to check my ears. Pain never subsided and I ended up having to go to urgent care the next day for an ear infection. I fell as though she ended up costing me an additional $100 for the same thing. Had she came back to check my ears after the flushing she should have caught the ear infection. Especially since I mentioned I struggle with them.

Listens to concerns and addresses them. Orders tests that are requested.

My husband and I had been patients of Ms. Vedder when she was at a previous practice.  While the location of her previous practice is considerably closer and more convenient (both in terms of distance and traffic into and through Ephrata), the quality of care Laura has provided and her overall common decency she displays made it a "no-brainer" to follow her to Well Span.

Dr Vetter is the best doctor. She's down to earth and curious and empathetic. She's also relatable. I've recommended her to everyone that's looking for a new PCP

Laura Vedder did not seem very attentive or caring during the visit. I do understand that this was her first time meeting my son Aaron, but she didn't seem to have knowledge or understanding of his medical history. I asked questions about bed wetting and she didn't provide much helpful info. Overall, I just didn't feel confident in her expertise as a provider, and she had poor bedside manner. My son didn't feel comfortable with her either.

With this being my first visit I wasn't sure what to expect, but I felt because I had no "diagnosed" problems there was no conversation about any concerns I had.

Laura Vedder is a blessing, my husband and I were looking for a new provider at the time we met Laura, she truly was a blessing in disguise. We have never been and felt so happy and comfortable with a provider as we do with Laura. Laura takes time to explain everything, she gives such a personal touch, very compassionate, I could go on and on about her. Just truly blessed to have Laura in our lives, we just love you. Thank you Laura for all you do.

Built rapport, remembered previous visit conversations, saved time by being on top of my situation. Appreciate that.
