Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare?:

I chose health care as my specialization during my Master of Social Work program due to recognizing the need for social workers in the field. Social workers bring a unique perspective to the field of health care, providing clients, patients, colleagues and the community with the profession’s core values of service, social justice, dignity and worth of the person, importance of human relationships, integrity and competence.

What I want my patients to know about me?:

I was born and raised in Franklin County. After over two decades of living in other parts of the country (and brief stays abroad), I am excited to return to the county as a professional and to give back to a community that contributed to the person and professional that I am today.

What I do when I’m not seeing patients?:

I enjoy spending time by myself, with my family as well as with friends, traveling, reading, writing, learning and playing various board games.
