Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

My answer to "what do you want to be when you grow up?" has always been some aspect of medicine. When I learned about the role of a Nurse Practitioner, it became the goal I had since entering nursing school. Having a nursing background and critical care experience have been great assets to me. In this career, I have the opportunity to learn something new everyday and grow professionally.

What I want my patients to know about me:

I am present to listen to your concerns and work with you to determine the best plan to help you. It is important to me to ensure that you are heard, and I will explain my reasoning for decision making with you. I understand that coming to an appointment can be a time of uncertainty, and I value being compassionate in the care I provide. Together, we are a team working towards goals of your health.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

I enjoy spending time with the people I love, no matter how simple or elaborate the get together may be.
