I had everything transferred to Wellspan for my CPAP equipment, supplies and then because I needed a new CPAP machine I was not able to get one because Wellspan was not taking any new patients and I was denied a new machine even though I was already a patient.

I do not appreciate the kiosk very impersonal.  I like going to a person.  So as to the people I dealt with it was a good experience.  The system with the kiosk I don't like at all which is not providers fault but upper management decision.

Sleep center seems to be doing a decent job

Karen discussed with me the results of a CT scan ordered by my PCP and recommended I have my cardiologist review it.

The provider ask what I was there for and I said I believe I'm here for a folllow up appointment and she said I have an appointment with a sleep apnea doctor and this appointment should of been canceled but It wasn't so she did go over my sleep apnea test that I did at home so the visit wasn't a complete waste of time With a sleep apnea doctor

Confused. Told In the past I'm to come in if having coughing/cold/feeling of chest cold, due to my asthma, not to wait. This visit why did I come in only 2 weeks you should've gone to urgent care. Given prednisone at this visit and at end of day 2 began to feel better. Not coming next time.

Karen Dillard is an excellent practitioner.  She is knowledgeable and professional. Karen takes the time to listen and answers questions in simple down-to-earth language.  She encourages patients to take control of their health by asking questions, seeking additional information when needed, and doing the things needed to try and stay healthy.

Told me there was a chance tuna could have mercury when I told her I ate a lot of tuna and was concerned about brain health. I checked online and switched to  salmon.

Excellent! Explained everything, asked if I had questions, explained cat scan picture.
