Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

During high school, I became interested in nursing and began working as a certified nursing assistant in a nursing home. I truly enjoyed getting to know my patients and caring for them. I completed my nursing education and began my career in family medicine over 10 years ago where I enjoy providing care for patients across the lifespan. I love helping people maintain their health, as well as assisting them in navigating the sometimes confusing diagnoses they incur. The relationships built with patients are invaluable and I truly appreciate the opportunity to serve my community in this way.

What I want my patients to know about me:

After completing my graduate education, I was blessed to receive an opportunity to work in my home community of Terre Hill. I love working in my community and providing care for various health issues, as well as health education. I truly value the relationships I build with my patients and their families.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

I am blessed with a wonderful husband and three children (one son and two daughters) with whom I love to spend time. As my children grow, we find ourselves attending more extracurricular activities at which to cheer them on. I love retreating to our cabin in northern PA with my family to enjoy the peace and beauty of the mountains. I also enjoy baking a variety of treats for my friends and family.
