My routine visit was due in Jan. My appt. Was changed x 3 in Jan. And then was cancelled as my provider was on a6 month loa. Therefore, I was finally seen in Aug which was  okay as I have many specialists that I see. In and out of wellspan. However, I am an RN and manage my own care. There are many older patients that could not manage on their own.

Fantastic, easy-going personality to deal with in the exam room!!

This was my first contact with Kaitlin Chasler. I thought she was thorough, friendly, knowledgeable. I liked her very much.

I was told I had a viral infection.  I was sent home with rx for cough medicine.  Early Sunday morning I was in ex with kidney infection inr out of control didn't get out of hospital till Wednesday.  I think they were lax in there diagnosis of me on Friday.

This was a terrible experience! On Nov 28, 2023, Kaitlin Chasler prescribed eye drops for my pink I that I was allergic to. My records have indicated for years that I am allergic to sulfa and the eye drops had sulfate in them. My eyes had an allergic reaction and I got lots of swelling and a big bump in the corner of my left eye. So I had to go back for another doctor appointment on November 30, 2023 and pay $15.00 more dollars for me to tell her I realized she gave me the wrong medication! She said she was sorry and said she didn't know I that happened and said she would prescribe me the right eye drops but that she was putting me on prednisone for the swelling, I should take claitin, and she would prescribe famotine, all to reduce the swelling. This seemed like a lot of medication to get rid of swelling. I Went to the pharmacy and picked up the medicine. When I got the drops out of the bag I pulled a box out that showed an ear and said ear drops! Unbelievable! So I had to drive back to the pharmacy and told them. The pharmacist said the doctor ordered you ear drops for your pink eye. The pharmacist said he would make the doctor aware of this but that I also needed to call the office and tell them which I did. The office said they would make her aware and send the correct order for eye drops. I later picked up my eye drops from the pharmacy. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor!!! This is very concerning and I will not be going to see her again!!!

Dr. Chasler is always attentive and always follows up with previous concerns. If I have  concerns about anything she doesn't hesitate to order testing to get to the root of my issues which I appreciate. If it's something serious she will refer me to a specialist which I also appreciate. I would recommend her to anyone.

Kaitlin is the best. She is very compassionate and caring. She listens to what you have to say. She takes her time with you, not rushing you out the door. She's awesome!!!

Well prepared for appointment.  Knew my history, both personally and medically.   Listened to my questions with interest and understanding.  Shared plan in clear and understandable manner.  Made me feel like my health and well being was important to her.

I think sometimes she still judges me from the past. I'm a recovering alcoholic and I think sometimes she treats me like I'm still drinking.  My HR team at work recommended I get FMLA just in case any issues with anxiety or depression happened again and she wasn't was not willing to do that. I was looking was looking for minimal days moving forward and she wasn't happy about that. I'm not perfect all the time and if something were to happen, this would have covered me completely. My employer recommended it so I didn't think it would be an issue, but I'll just have to live on the edge I guess.
