Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:
I am a fourth generation nurse and grew up hearing my mother's stories of helping and healing. I have always known that would be my path as well. My choice of pursing anesthesia came as I got older and discovered my love for math, science and pharmacology.
What I want my patients to know about me:
I still wake up every day excited to go to work and think I have the best job ever. I love that I have the opportunity to make your experience better on a day in your life that most don't look forward to.
What I do when I'm not seeing patients:
I live on a farm with my husband, cat, and baby girl coming February 2021. We raise beef cattle and chickens and there is always work to be done around the farm or renovations to be completed on our home. We also love to travel.
