Did not consider how hypothyroidism and PCOS hormone cycle can impact my fertility and cause higher chances of miscarriage. She seemed to assume I was unaware of how common miscarriages are. She seemed to assume I was delaying pregnancy b/c my other doctor was telling me to, instead of me wanting to follow guidance and try to prepare my body. I wish she would have explained more of what she was doing in the moment.

Good experience, as always. There was, however, confusion as to why I was there for that specific appointment. Julie was respectful and validated my feelings.

My provider, Julia was very late, over 25-30 minutes late in attending to me for my pap appointment. Her demeanor towards me was very blunt and awkward. I felt uncomfortable at times during the visit and it felt very impersonal. I just wanted the visit to end as quick as possible.

Every time I go there they tell me I have no ovaries when I have two. Every time.

I was hesitant to make an appointment after my regular dr transferred to another facility and actually put off an appointment for a while.As this is an OB/GYN office, it's important to me as a woman to find "the right" dr, as the disrobing and examination and such somewhat make me self-conscious. J. Stern was really nice and personable, and I related to her well. I'm glad I made that appt and I intend to go back next year for my yearly checkup.

Julia has a very motherly, no nonsense demeanor.  I appreciated that.

Julie is always kind, friendly and easy to talk to.  I feel she really does care about me, my health and what his happening in my life. Gives me ample time to ask questions. Appreciate her early morning appointments so I do not need to miss work.

I was disappointed in the way she treated my concerns as a first time mom. I had concerns about my iron & a craving I had and she basically just laughed in my face.

Provider made sensitive, inappropriate comments related to the holidays and needing to watch my weight (24 weeks pregnant) without providing sensitivity or providing/explaining the weight gain or any dietary solutions to help educate me on moving forward. It was decently insensitive and considerably immature comment with little to no concern/awareness for the mental repercussions of this comment to the patient.

Excellent nurse support staff- introduced herself, client questioning skills Intuitive and sensitive.  I could immediately tell she wasn't a MA with limited education. Appreciate a practice that respects the difference and provides a higher level of care.Julia Stern NP, used a phone to record my verbal responses. Although she briefly explained what she was doing, I have to question the appropriateness/ necessity of doing thisjust felt odd/ different. Otherwise, she is clinically thorough and has great inter personal skills.
