Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:
I felt drawn to medicine from the first Fisher Price medical kit that i received at age 3. I found that I was supportive and knowledgeable in how to manage personal issues and concerns for others in their lives. I haven't had a desire to do anything else since age 3 (well, with the exception of a fighter pilot - thanks, Top Gun!)
What I want my patients to know about me:
Patients should expect to be heard and listened to. I remember to always treat people with dignity and respect. I enjoy the hunt to try and solve issues. I will always give my personal best to make sure you are comfortable and knowledgeable about your concerns before you leave me. If I'm not teaching you or helping you understand why I'm doing something, I'm not doing my job correctly.
What I do when I'm not seeing patients:
When I'm not seeing patients, I spend all of my time with my beautiful wife Ellen and daughter Parker. I love to travel, play golf and ride jet skis. I also collect vintage video games.
