Dr Rubi is the best He always listens and cares about what I have to say

DR. Rubi & his staff are always courteous, & respectful about any of my concerns.  I had no wait time at all. Dr. Rubi gave me a list of things Ito take for both my hot flashes & to lower my blood sugars.

Dr Rubi is an excellent doctor and diagnostician . I feel fortunate that my husband and I are his patients. However, it's clear that the administrative side of communication on lab work, questions on prescriptions and a cold, impersonal nurse who took my vital signs leave me wondering what is happening at Wellspan.

My usual physician was not available on the day of my appointment. Dr. Rubi was the "first available" and showed some concern for my condition. However, the nurse rudely commented that I waited too long to make an appointment. The condition developed the preceeding Thursday but worsened over the weekend. Monday was the first available appointment.

Within this span of decades Dr. Rubi has ALWAYS been a kind, compassionate, caring, extremely competent and most Importatntly, an  ENTIRELY PROFESSIONAL physician...as well as a CREDIT to his profession.  His natural tendency it seems is to treat the patient with care and respect, consider and evaluate possibilities and address them. His reasoning is cogent and his explanations are are comprehensible. If questions arise, he is ready and willing to explain further...in terms that his patient can understand. He does not rush patients and makes the time to listen. He is a 1st rate physician
