Joelene listened to a health concern I presented and ordered an ultrasound to get an assessment started since I my appointment with the specialist is one month away.

Jolene Klein is wonderful. She listened to my concerns, offered advice and new suggestions to try to get my cholesterol down. I needed a Pap smear done and rather than return for another appointment she did it right then. I appreciated that.

I mentioned I have been having really bad nightmares since I started sertraline, but the provider did not acknowledge it and just added another anxiety medication with the one I'm taking.

Always a real pleasure to meet and discuss my health care issues as well as agree  with how best to care for any immediate health issues.  I find my provider very knowledgeable towards answering concerns and questions due to her experience.  Look forward to continuing my relationship with her going forward.

I don't get the sense that she has an interest in me, beyond asking routine questions and moving through the appointment as quickly as possible. She seems unfamiliar with my family history and had to ask basic questions about simple issues (allergies) that I've had for years. It only takes a moment to glance over the patient history before entering the room. Takes me much longer to fill out the annual information requests and it leads me to wonder what's the point.

I would prefer an actual doctor, but as "Primary Nurses" go, Joelen Kline has been one of the best I've had.  She has some experience under her belt.  Young/ fresh out of school "Primary Nurses" have not Impressed me.

Contact about referrals and additional tests was made via email.  I did experience a delay in scheduling the echocardiogram as UPMC sent a letter that said they had tried to contact me but there were no voice mails left on our phone.  So there was a delay in getting that test accomplished.  Not sure why no one left a message.

Jolene is very attentive and listens to any concerns from me. She is extremely knowledgeable about different medications and their side effects. I will recommend her to my friends definitely
