Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

I chose to pursue a career in medicine because I value the balance of interpersonal interactions and science that you find in medicine. In practicing emergency medicine, the ability to rapidly establish trust with a patient and help to relieve their pain and anxiety, while providing them with the treatment that they need, is something that I find very satisfying.

What I want my patients to know about me:

I have lived in the York/Adams area for nearly my entire life and being able to serve the York community as a physician in the emergency department is a very important part of my career. By providing medical education and residency training at York Hospital, I believe we are training generations of physicians who will be able to continue the tradition of high quality medical care for this community.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

I enjoy spending time with my family as well as visiting local parks, markets, and museums.
