I've had nothing but good experience with Dr Roeser and his evaluations. He always listens to my concerns about my health and values my opinions about my health.

He was very good.  I was comfortable and felt he was advising me - very well.

Thorough, respectful, includes me in decision making/provides patient centered care, excellent teaching skill, communicates effectively

DOES NOT PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU SAY WANTS THINGS DONE HIS WAY

I couldn't ask for a better doctor. He is a good listener and really cares

I made the appointment because of severe coughing. I was told my lungs were clear but was sent for a chest x-ray & also did a test in the office to check for Bordetella pertussis.  I was asked to return in 1 week.  Within this time I was never called with any results.  I was able to check my WellSpan portal to try and understand the results.

This was the first time I had met Dr. Roesner. He was quite friendly and easy to talk with. He seems thoughtful, and very knowledgeable. I like him.

Good experience with Dr Roeser and his staff.  I just moved from Louisiana and this was a wellness checkup and getting to know each other.

Took sufficient time to listen and get to know me. This was my first visit

Dr Roeser provided the care I needed and prescribed medicine that made me feel better. He diagnosed my issue quickly and accurately.

Roser tried to act like my issue wasn't real and that it was all in my head. I went to him about scoliosis. It made no sense what he was trying to say and he knew nothing about the issue and left abruptly with no explanation.

1st time I met this doctor was satisfied with his understanding of my medical needs. I wish he would have gotten back to me with results of the blood work taken. I called twice and received no call from the office

Dr. Zartman was very kind regarding he would not be able to do my knee. I am very impressed with the surgeon that he suggested. I need to get my knee done asp!

Doctor was in a hurry & seemed distracted.My caregiver gave him 0 stars, not sure why, but it was clear, his next appointment was a big concern of his, as he mentioned it & seemed to rush out of the room.

The day I was seen was busy..But the time with Dr.Rosen gave me was thorough and unhurried. All the questions were answered.

Dr. Roeser was very concerned about what I had to say.

Dr. Jeffery Roeser is fantastic.  I'm so glad he is my doctor.  As a new patient, he reviewed my medical history and provided input.  The assistant nurse, Karen, was also exceptional.  I was impressed with Wellspan and the whole experience.

This was an initial visit, so there were no prior records.

He told me he didn't know anything about my condition,  and I probably should have gone to a GI doctor.  Looked up about my condition online, and my meds, then left to take a phone call! Had on a baggy surgical mask, sneezed a few times, appeared distracted and perhaps not feeling well.

My experience with the provider was what I expected it to be--no complaints.

Very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive.

Everyone was receptive to my questions and caring .

I work for Lgh it's awful care .Wellspan has excellent doctors nurses and care .My daughter is leaving Lgh because there lack of care wait times feeling like the care she gets is unsatisfactory. I CARRY THE FLAG FOR WELLSPAN ....your wonderful My doctor [provider name] is one of the best doctors around ,I have childhood trauma and the doctors and nurses handle it so well .You all deserve praise  Thank you for everything you do for all of us as patients.

Dr Jeffrey Roeser was very professional and  personable Was my first time seeing him and both myself and my wife liked him very  much

I have no complaints. The doctor was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns.

Didn't feel he was knowledgeable about my concerns wanted to do a breast exam when he could clearly see what he needed to see without my removing clothing.  I declined.

The physician is good now but has makings of a stellar provider. He is very caring and professional. He has great mentors in the office who can help him grow.

Hadn't seen this provider before, but he was helpful and good.

The provider had read my chart before coming into the room and knew my history which was helpful since this was my first visit with him. He seemed knowledgeable. I didnt like that he recorded our visit. And he seemed a bit awkward during our conversation. I would probably choose a different provider because of this.

I came for a yearly wellness visit physical. This practice is a little far from home. If it wasn't as far I would switch to this provider full time. He was wonderful, attentive and kind. Answered all my questions and then some. He seemed like he actually cared. I will recommend him to people in the area.

Dr Roeser was very attentive & relieved my concerns.

Took his time to listen to me, took what I said seriously, and asked questions to understand my problem better. Pointed me in the right direction to hopeful have my current health issues resolved.

My visit with *Dr. Roeser went very well.  He was very helpful & is only at New Holland on Wednesdays.  He called me himself with my UTI results.  I was very impressed!
