Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:

Since high school, I was always fascinated by the biological sciences and intended to pursue an advanced degree in the human services aspect of this. My career in nursing has winded me through a path always with this goal in mind.

What I want my patients to know about me:

I have a strong commitment to disease prevention through maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients:

I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, reading, gardening and community service. I run twenty miles per week.
