Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:
I am very passionate about my work, in large part due to the influence of my close-knit family. Many years ago I developed a love of science and through the years was able to channel this into an ability to help my patients.
What I want my patients to know about me:
I have dedicated and focused my career on helping patients through imaging. I am specialty trained in interventional radiology. I enjoy many varied responsibilities within the department of radiology and within York Hospital. Currently, I am the vice-chair of the department of radiology at York Hospital.
What I do when I'm not seeing patients:
When I am not working in the Department of Radiology at York Hospital and the Apple Hill Imaging Center, I enjoy spending all of my time with family. I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful children. I can often be seen out with my new chocolate Labrador puppy and my horses, as well. I enjoy traveling and entertaining family and friends!
