It seemed like she spent a lot of time with me and really understood my concerns.

Heather Wolfe was an ENT PA dealing with a hearing problem.  My family physician is another WellSpan person.  This difference drove my remarks.

Heather is very knowledgeable and professional.  She's also very good at her job.

I have had ongoing problems with reflux and allergies for years and I have seen a lot of providers. My problems were never properly addressed and my concerns were mostly ignored by other providers. I am thankful that I have finally found a provider who listened and is working with me to address the problems.

Heather wolf was extremely professional, caring, detailed about how to take the med needed and my care plan for nasal infection ( which I really appreciated) . Super nice which gave me peace about my health situation and again very professional. She knew what she was talking about and that gave me peace of mind. Explained to me what she was going to do when she did a nasal scope exam which also took fear away. I would highly recommend her to any one!

I've had a non-emergency, ongoing issue with occasional nosebleeds due to CPAP use.  Heather cauterized the blood vessels that were causing the problem.  I don't usually go to an ENT doctor, but I really liked Heather.  Very thorough and she is very personable.

She was very accommodating in helping me get into a comfortable position during the procedure allowing me to relax and therefore able to complete the procedure.

Very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and explained In detail what I was there for.
