As always, I had a great visit with your office. Everyone was professional and friendly. The facility was clean too. I've been going to this practice for 30 years and have never had an unpleasant experience. Thank you.

Erin is always friendly and fast (I never have any issues to go over)? I would recommend her to anyone.

The provider was great but I did not appreciate the note stating nexplanon shown to patient. She did not show me the bar. I'm not upset I didn't see it. I just don't think it should be documented if it was not done. Erin listen to my concerned and educated me on steps I could take with other forms of birth control which I appreciated. Very excellent experience and if my usual provider isn't available I would gladly see Erin.

Erin Leber was absolutely wonderful. She listened to all of my concerns. She was professional and kind and friendly and I was Impressed.

She was very helpful on an issue and gave me information to research and if I had further questions let her know, she would refer me to 2 other people who are knowledgeable.

I was extremely happy with the care that I received from Erin Leber and the ultrasound tech.  They were both so respectful and responsive to my needs and concerns.  I left the office truly feeling so heard and felt as though a good plan was in place for my follow up.

Erin is great, very professional yet also very down to earth.  Does not make me feel like I am a "number", but an actual person.  She is easy to communicate with, smiles, makes me feel like just two people talking together and we are on the same team.  I like her ability to encourage me with a podcast, book, and website.  She puts me at ease and I can tell her heart is in it to help people, not just clock in for a job.

The provider was very courteous. I had a bad experience with a previous provider that worked there which made me very hesitant to visit there again, but the experience this time was better than before. Leber actually listened to me when I had concerns and questions.

Erin is a great provider I would definitely recommend her to family/friends.

Erin Leber and [provider name] are wonderful providers. You would be hard pressed to find providers who are so kind, present, and helpful. They look at you like a whole person, they review the chart in detail. They actually do what they document. You should really make sure they are well treated and acknowledged so that we don't loose them to another healthcare company. They actually care about the patient's and what they have to say. I am a very awkward person and they never make me feel bad about that. If they ever left wellspan I would have to follow them.
