Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare?:

Caring for others has always come naturally to me. I can recall telling one of my best friends in seventh grade that I was going to be a therapist. Helping others, caring for others and showing empathy and compassion are my passions.

What I want my patients to know about me?:

I use a diverse set of therapy techniques to help my clients. I commonly utilize talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma therapy and all person-centered approaches. I have a long history working with clients of all ages, but focus on ages 12 and up.

What I do when I’m not seeing patients?:

I love spending time with family and friends. I have quite a collection of pets and spend time caring for them. I love being outdoors as well as doing puzzles of all kinds. My family loves to go to music concerts, and I thoroughly enjoy music of all kinds.
