Provider didn't seem to pay attention to any of my recent health history. Didn't proof read after she used her phone for the visit as things are documented incorrectly In my chart. Seemed to have had other things on her mind at my visit.

Listened to all my concerns and made sure I was comfortable with the planned tests and treatment

Was seen same day as I called. Assessment and treatment provided and explained. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Prescription called in right away so. I could start treatment. All good.

My doctor did a good job and I have no negative issues with her.  She helped me solve a medical problem and I am very grateful.  She was a good listener.

Erica is simply the best provider I could possibly wish for.

My wife and I both see Erica as our provider. She is very easy to talk to about conditions, questions, and/or concerns.

The overall experience has been very satisfactory...I have found that some of the receptionists have a limited sense of humor, but that may just be a reflection of how seriously they are about their jobs, their acting upon instructions about how to respond to attempted humor, or their just having a sub-par day. Note: Said attempts at humor were not racially, ethnically or mysogynistic in nature.

Erica listened to me, including me in deciding the best treatment for me.

She's great! Knowledgeable, decisive, compassionate. I feel like I'm in good hands.

She's great! She seemed competent and able to quickly triage issues. She took care of issues that could be handled on the spot, where I needed a referral and additional tests. I appreciated that she scheduled a 6 month follow up so we could talk through the results and check in on the steps I'll be taking in the meantime to see if they resolved my issues.

Okay. Need to review by history a little more next visit!

This was the first-time meeting with this Doctor.  I liked her a lot. But I felt a little rushed and did not get to completely discuss all my medical concerns.

First visit with this provider. She is very knowledgeable and communicated well. She asked appropriate questions band was helpful.
