Dr. Easter listened to my concerns about the numbing process before pelleting....I have scar tissue that takes a few minutes to numb for the procedure.

It was my first experience with Dr. Easter and I was very happy with my visit.

Usually visits with this provider have gone well. This time, I didn't receive a phone call as requested after my initial call. Apparently they put the response in the portal. But I don't always check the portal. The. During my visit I felt as if my concerns were dismissed and not valued. Ultimately I was given a different treatment than requested I'm planning to get a second opinion in hopes a different provider will listen better to my concerns and will consider prescribing what I requested for menopause symptoms.
