Dr. Scarpelli and his team have always been very attentive and friendly.

I am quite happy with the care provided by Dr. Scarpelli. He is direct and empathetic and an excellent communicator. He was very knowledgeable about my recent issues. He provided a solution and put my mind at ease.

A really quality visit as usual For over 25 years now Dr. Scarpelli has always been there to support me and my medical needs which I've been many of times.

Dr. Scarpelli is compassionate and attestation to my needs as a patient and a person. He is willing to take his time in his explanations and collaborating with me in a plan of care that will work. Not to mention identifying barriers to that plan of care.  He is a dying breed of practitioners.

He is a great provider. He has been my provider for 28 years.

I AM VERY HARD OF HEARING  HEARING IN BOTH EARS PEOPLE DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW  BAD IT IS THEY DONT TALK TO ME DIRECTLY !!! HERE IT WAS BETTER THAN MOST PLACES

I am frustrated with Wellspan as a whole. I have talked to several folks who also use Stoneybrook and they feel that some of the doctors don't have good bedside manner. They pawn off medical questions to the patient to gather from their insurance company and pharmacy. The problem is all three never answer questions and pass it off to the doctors who don't want to help. I give up.

My Dr Scarpeli caught a problem the hospital and all doctors involved overlooked.

I've been seeing Dr. Scarpelli since 2004.  He has always been helpful and provided me insights / advice for my health needs.  Very good care provider.

The doctor was very helpful with my knee problem and showed me exercises that he does.

The Dr explained everything in a way anybody could understand.

They need to be more aware of hard of hearing look at the person when talking and  talk slowly

My Provider is an exceptional doctor whom I have kept as my primary physician for many years.  Even when I moved two hours away for four years, I kept him as my primary physician.

The doctor was rushed from the time he came in the room. His comment to me was "we have to make this quick because I have a lot of people waiting to see me". He said that there was nothing he could see wrong with me. I came in with pain in my ear and sinus drainage. He sent a script to my pharmacy. It was over $200 when I went to pick it up. I told the pharmacy I couldn't afford it. So I used the ear drops I had at home to help my ear pain. I will never make an appointment to see this doctor again!

I had two areas of concern. I think the one was not adequately addressed to the point of possibly requiring a return visit.

Dr. Scarpelli is always knowledgeable and takes time to answer questions.  He's been our PCP for 16 years and we won't even think about changing.

Dr Scarpelli seems to know what is best in helping me to get better. I value his opinion and  kindness.

Dr. Scarpelli spent quite a bit of time with me explaining various meds and my health.

Everyone I have met in the Stoneybrook Office has always been very friendly.

Several yrs ago I was not feeling well and went to his office for examination to  see what was wrong and doctor took some tests and called me several hours later and told me to  go  to hospital because I was severely dehydrated and he had already called ahead to  hospital to expect me. I feel  as though he probably saved my life even though I have stage 3 kidney failure.

My experience with my provider was very good.

Dr. Scarpelli, as usual, expertly explained several issues and thoroughly answered all of my questions.

Nurse assistant was very businesslike. She did her job professionally, but there was no personable give-and-take in our interaction. The doctor heard my concerns, but I think I felt more dismissed because he already had in his head what the problem was. Maybe a kick in the ass as what I need.
