I am very disappointed in the way the transition to the new office took place.  Very disorganized with no signage as to where to check in.

I really like Dr. Heim. She is knowledgeable and takes the time to talk to me about my health. She is kind and sensitive to the issues that I am currently having with mental health and weight. It's very helpful because these two things are or can be very, sensitive and embarrassing. She makes me feel very comfortable to talk about the things I need to talk about.

I absolutely love Dr. Heim. She takes the time to listen and understand with options of solutions. She's down to earth, which all the providers at Lake Street are and that is great. I'm going through cancer treatments and she helps me understand what my oncologist is doing. And sometimes she says "this will help ease the pain" or she'll say " having cancer isn't glamorous". She's a great doctor and all her patients are lucky to have her.

It is difficult for me to trust new people, however in the little time she has been my primary, I have felt heard, treated with respect, and never left feeling judged. I am satisfied with the decision to have Dr. Heim as my family doctor.

Dr. Heim is very pleasant. She is patient and spent ample time to listen to my concerns and explaining the purpose of the blood tests and procedure she ordered.

I requested my records be sent to my Life Insurance company and they never did.  Also, I ordered a home blood test program and they had the date wrong on the starting 2022.  It seems there is a problem with the central station when you call for answers and responses.

My provider, Dr. Heim, is wonderful!! I did already refer Mardell Messick to her and she is her patient now, as well as her daughter.  I had a wonderful lady doctor at Crossroads before Wellspan, and was looking for another lady doctor.  So glad Dr. Heim is here now!  She is a great doctor!!!

She has always put my care first. She is very polite and a caring person.

Took the time to review my overall health and made recommendations to assist in improving my overall health.

She was great I just don't like trying to get off a med that I was on for yrs and now I have to see a Neo and now I'll have a melt down I wish if ppl see how if they were in are shoes other then that it was ok

Like Dr. Heim, but was informed after the first of the year, WellSpan will no longer accept my United Healthcare which I'm very unhappy about, just moved here in September and thought I had an established doctor.
